These items come with a one month guarantee and have a life expectancy of 3-6 months. This does not affect your statutory rights. The guarantee covers any manufacturer defects and covers any repairs, or replacements, if deemed to be faulty or beyond repair. A 30 days manufacturer’s guarantee is applied to all mechanical mods. Please note that Mechanical Mods are for experienced users ONLY. SubOhmMasters accepts no responsibility for the potential damage caused by the incorrect assembling of any mechanical mod. Incorrect building of the mechanical mod can cause damage to your equipment and as such SubOhmMasters accepts no responsibility for the damage caused as this damage is the result of improper construction.
Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at Enquires@subohmmasters.uk and send your item to: 2A Boxley rd Morden GB SM45JB.
Defective merchandise may be returned within 7 days from receipt of when your item was purchased. You must contact SubOhmMasters in order to return items and they must be accepted. Non-approved returns will not be accepted.
Upon return of defective merchandise we will replace the defective item with a new and working one. Should an item be inspected, and deemed not defective, you will be contacted and the item will be returned to you. Should an item be inspected, and deemed defective, and we are not able to replace the defective merchandise – we will issue a refund for the purchase price of the defective merchandise. Shipping charges remain the responsibility of the buyer and are non-refundable.
We only accept returns on mechanical hardware unless otherwise stated on the product page. All liquids, drip tips, cartomizers and atomizers are sold As-Is, with no warranties expressed nor implied.
If you would like to return your items you may do so within 7 days of receiving them. Items returned must be in a new and unused condition. Blister packs must not have been opened. We will refund the cost of the items; however shipping charges are non-refundable.
All sales are final.
We do not accept returns or replacements due to user error, for example reasons such as: I don't like it - I thought it was something else - I did not like the colour - I didn't know what I was buying - It doesn't fit my current model etc. - will not be accepted for return. We expect you to take responsibility for your own decisions in these types of matters. Please do not return anything without contacting us first - any non-authorised merchandise returns will be returned back to the sender, or thrown away at your expense. We do not accept returns on physically damaged items.
We will try to attend to all returns as soon as practically possible.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

If you are shipping an item over £40, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item
